SpeedShip does not accept or deliver legal, official, or government-related documents, including documents issued by or intended for government authorities.
1. About the service
SpeedShip provides local pickup, purchasing and delivery coordination. Customers submit request details through the website and the request is then confirmed directly with the SpeedShip team, normally through WhatsApp. A request submitted through the website is not automatically accepted.
2. Orders and acceptance
You must provide complete and accurate contact, pickup, delivery and item information. SpeedShip may accept, decline, pause or cancel a request when an item is unavailable, unsafe, restricted, impractical to transport, outside the service area, or when the information supplied is insufficient.
3. Items we do not deliver
We do not deliver legal, official or government-related documents. We may also refuse illegal goods, weapons, hazardous or dangerous materials, controlled or prohibited substances, stolen goods, cash or other high-risk valuables, live animals, or any item that cannot be transported safely or lawfully. SpeedShip may request more information about an item before accepting it.
4. Customer responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that the requested item is lawful, accurately described, properly packaged where applicable, and ready for collection. You must provide a reachable phone number and accurate addresses. You must not use the service to conceal the nature, source, destination or ownership of an item.
5. Pricing and payment
Delivery prices are confirmed by the SpeedShip team based on factors such as distance, urgency, waiting time, order size and special handling. Unless specifically stated otherwise, no payment is collected through this website. Any payment method, additional charge or purchase amount should be confirmed before the delivery proceeds.
6. Timing and availability
Pickup and delivery times are estimates unless the team expressly confirms a specific arrangement. Traffic, merchant preparation time, weather, customer availability, address issues and other circumstances can cause delays. SpeedShip will make reasonable efforts to communicate material delays.
7. Cancellations and failed delivery
If you need to cancel or change an order, contact SpeedShip as soon as possible. Charges may apply if a courier has already been dispatched, a purchase has been made, significant waiting time has occurred, or a delivery attempt fails because the sender or recipient is unavailable or the information provided is incorrect.
8. Condition of items
Please tell us in advance if an item is fragile, temperature-sensitive, unusually valuable, oversized or requires special handling. SpeedShip may decline such items. Where loss or damage is alleged, contact customer support promptly with the order details and any available supporting information.
9. Third-party merchants and products
When SpeedShip collects or purchases an item from a third-party store, restaurant, pharmacy or other merchant, the merchant remains responsible for the product itself, including its quality, preparation, availability, warranty and merchant-specific return rules. SpeedShip is responsible for the delivery service it agrees to provide.
10. WhatsApp and electronic communications
By using the website and choosing WhatsApp, you understand that order or support information will be transferred to WhatsApp and processed under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy practices. Keep your device and account secure and review the message before sending it.
11. Service changes
SpeedShip may update service areas, working hours, delivery categories, prices, policies or these terms from time to time. The version published on this website will apply from its stated update date, subject to applicable law.
12. Contact and complaints
